DYLAN HICKS

Ever since he got his first “race bike” and joined his first club, Dylan has been in love with the sport. He started at the local velodrome, Preston park, where he would beat his dad in sprints to the line, most of the time… As a rider Dylan likes a good hill but his true strength lies in the bunch sprint. This season he hopes to be selected for multiple big races including track and road world championships for Great Britain.

- 6th on Stage 2 Junior Tour of Yorkshire (UK National Road Series)
- 5th on Stage 3 Junior Tour of Yorkshire
- 3rd on Stage 3 Junior Tour of Wales (UK National Road Series)
- 4th Scratch Race National Track Championships
Dylan's route: "Danehill Leg tester"
This route tests all abilities, it includes a few sharp climbs, some ramps, great flats, and quick descents. It also takes in some of the most common local roads and ends at the brilliant beacon bikes cafe where you can grab a coffee before heading home.
