DO YOU OFFER ANY FINANCE OPTIONS?

IS IT SAFE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PERSONAL DATA AND/OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Answer

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping costs will vary, though, but will be visible during the checkout process. Please check out our delivery page for further details.

CAN I ORDER SOMETHING THAT ISN’T ON THE WEBSITE?

A few of the products in our shop don’t make it to the website, so please email care@pearson1860.com and we may have it available. If we don’t currently stock it, so long as we can source it, we’ll be happy to order it in for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

We make every effort to ensure that products are dispatched in perfect working order, but damage can occur when in transit. We will fully refund any order that arrives damaged or faulty; please see our returns section for further information.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER THAT I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED?

Answer

So long as the item is unused and has been purchased within the last 28 days, we will refund any unwanted orders. For further details, please see our returns section.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Answer

We make every effort to ensure that products are dispatched in perfect working order, but damage can occur when in transit. We will fully refund any order that arrives damaged or faulty; please see our returns section for further information.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM, WHICH HAS BROKEN DURING USE?

Answer

So long as an item is still under warranty and the damage occurred during normal use, it should still be possible to return it for repair or replacement. Warranties and conditions vary between manufacturers, so please contact us with full details of the item and the damage that has occurred.
