Click & Collect

We offer a FREE Click & Collect option at our Sutton or Sheen stores when payment is made in full online. Bikes will come fully assembled by one of our qualified technicians and ready to ride. Customers will be informed when their order is ready by email or phone call - please wait until a message is received.

Please note: The original receipt, the card with which payment was made and an associated photo ID of cardholder must be bought along at collection points to release goods.

Postage

Postage Fees orders under £50 (UK only)

For orders under £50: delivery will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £4.99 or alternatively you may select express one working day delivery for £9.99. An order received before 11am Monday to Friday will arrive the following day. Weekend delivery is £14.99 and allows a customer to have a weekend delivery slot assuming orders are received no later than Friday 11am before the weekend.

Free Delivery orders over £50 (UK only)

For all orders over £50 in the UK we will deliver for free delivery. These standard deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you have selected express delivery these will be sent by an express one working day service.

International Delivery

Coronavirus Update: At this point all efforts are being made to ensure packages arrive on time, but due to the global Coronavirus out break some countries may experience delays depending on their location. Please use the tracking link below to keep as up to date as us.

International Delivery

We offer both tracked post and DHL international Express Delivery to all major International locations.  Delivery ranges between 2-5 days depending on destination - you can check actual shipping charges and standard shipping days for your location at the checkout.

We dispatches orders on working days only so please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Please note:

We currently do not offer a free returns service, nor do we refund your original shipping costs if you return items.

 Local import duties, brokerage fees and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. These duties cannot be refunded through Pearson1860

Please note, packages shipped via tracked mail (as opposed to an express courier service) do not provide continuously updated tracking information - the details are updated every few days.

Returns

At Pearson, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily make a return or exchange on your purchase. You have 28 days of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.

UK Returns

Returns are accepted online for purchases directly from our website. If you wish to return an item bought in our Sutton or Sheen stores, please contact the shop directly (details at our stores) and fill out this form to provide all the necessary details of the items being returned. For online, please fill in this form print out the return freepost label. When returning items please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. All returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned products in-line with our terms and conditions.

International Returns

If you purchased from an International location please go to our International returns portal. This is different from UK returns

Exchange

If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please fill in the form to let us know which products you will be exchanging and we will guide you through the process. We accept exchanges for like-for-like products, i.e. different size or colour, as well as for different products (subject to availability). When returning items please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. All exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned products (subject to availability of exchange products).

Faulty Goods
