An evening designed to bring clarity to riders who reluctantly recognise midlife status. We have rounded up an expert panel from a variety of backgrounds who will probe and question Phil Cavell, the humble author of ‘The Midlife Cyclist’. A new book pitched at the 40+ rider who wants to train hard, ride fast and stay healthy. We will explore his musings from the male and female perspectives of wellbeing, physiology, event riding and bike fitting.
The Panel members

Nicola is a physiotherapist and founder of Velophysio - a practice providing physiotherapy specifically for cyclists and triathletes.
