This commitment to helping our customers mirrors the long heritage of excellence and innovation in cycling.

WHATS COVERED under the 5-year warranty?

The heart and soul of the bike: The frameset (frame and forks), is covered under our 5-year transferable warranty. The frameset is warrantied against any defects in material or workmanship which result in the bike not being able to function as intended for 5 years from the original purchase date. We will either repair any defective frameset, or replace any defective frameset with the same or most comparable model available.
