On the 29th of November, Pearson will be hosting an intimate charity event inviting guests to sample
some of Europe’s finest cycling-related wines. Lead-out man for the evening will be wine
expert Tom Gilbey, who will guide you through some of the best producers in the respective
regions; as well as a selection of fantastic vintages to try, we’ll also provide a feed station
stocked with cold meats and cheeses.
With guests suitably fuelled (and doubtless refuelled), Tom will then compere a panel of pro
riders to reflect on their cycling lives (and wines). Chosen for being at different stages of
their respective careers, the speakers will be: Maddy Nutt, currently rolling out with Team
Spectra Racing; Mattie Dodd of Backstedt Bike Performance JRT, the junior pro team
sponsored by Pearson; and last but not least Edmund Bradbury, a recently retired pro (and
now regular Pearson model).
100% of ticket sales will go to the two mental health charities Pearson supports, Action for Happiness and Mental Health Foundation UK.
Just 30 places are available for what is sure to be a fun evening, so book your spot now.
