Now in its third iteration, the Minegoetoeleven has always stood at the pinnacle of the Pearson carbon range. The name may seem unusual until you follow the backstory, taken from the spoof mockumentary 'This is Spinal Tap', in which lead singer Nigel Tufnel rationalises how the band manages to be so loud? ‘Our amps go to eleven, which is one louder…’ Our bike also punches above its weight.
Cycling Weekly - 9/10 Review "...this bike was always a pleasure to ride. It is astonishingly fast, which brings its own rewards – the way it picks up speed and zips along is nothing short of addictive. Comfort is also good for a bike this racy, with plenty of scope for individual tailoring." David Bradford.
Cyclist Magazine Review. "My average speeds and the ride times I clocked around my regular loops made it clear: the MGTE is undoubtedly fast... there’s nothing to stop me from giving it a resounding thumbs up." Stu Bowers.
We have designed the aero frame with an integrated carbon handlebar and a versatile geometry which will suit aspiring road racer or everyday enthusiast alike. With a choice of three groupsets as standard, each bike will be carefully built to customer specification and best fit following expert consultation from our care team. The high-density unidirectional carbon fibre frame is lightweight and aerodynamically sculpted for speed and agility in the ride. The fully integrated aero bars neatly conceal the workings of gears and brakes. The combination of a teardrop seat post adds to the slender finish, designed to cut through the wind with ease.
Every Pearson bike is hand assembled in the UK, starting from just a frame and working each customer's chosen specifications and individual sizes into a unique bike.
Quick Thoughts… "We are really proud to bring this new edition of the 'Minegoestoeleven' to market. It's always been pegged in the range as our thoroughbred machine for cyclists searching for a fast, responsive ride. It was hugely important to make it 'bike fit friendly' for all comers to enjoy an optimum position with efficiency and comfort to boot. We can maintain slick looking lines to satisfy aero race merchants and fast weekenders alike." Will Pearson.
