Shakespeare’s Henry V was our inspiration once more, for a bike you’ll want to ride time and time again. Devised with simplicity and low maiontenance in mind, this machine works as efficiently when loaded for the commute, as it does stripped down for a cleaner look. Made with a lightweight, butted-aluminium frame and carbon fork, the geometry has been designed with a slightly longer wheelbase. Each bike is carefully hand-built to your personal sizing and specification.
The result is an agile and responsive ride that doesn’t compromise on comfort and performance. Mudguards can be added when the weather turns, while tyre upgrades are available for even greater puncture-resistance. We custom build each and every bike from the frame up, to ensure our customers receive the best finish, exactly as specified.

Your final bike specification will be confirmed by one of our customer care team prior to being built. We like to run through a simple check list to ensure it is correctly sized and built to our Pearson House Design (PhD) criteria. This will give you an optimimum set up for comfort and efficieny. V12 Retail Finance.
Finance may be available for your purchase through V12 Retail Finance.
In order to apply for credit with V12 Finance you must:
- Be between 18 and 75 years of age
- Be either in full-time employment (16 hours or more per week), self-employed, retired and over 50 years of age or be in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance
- Be a UK resident and must have lived in the UK for the last three years or more
- Be able to make repayments by direct debit
- Provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years
Applications for finance must be done in-store. Terms and Conditions will apply.
Any bike purchased using finance must be delivered to the applicant’s home address. This is a legal requirement when a finance contract is in place – it helps protect customers from fraud and identity theft.
V12 Retail offers 0% finance up to 12 months.
0% finance is an excellent way to spread the cost of payments on your new bike or accessories.
Please note – 0% finance is not available on sale, cycle scheme or discounted models unless otherwise stated.

At Pearson, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily make a return or exchange. You have 28 days of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.

For orders under £100: delivery will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £4.99 An order received before 11am Monday to Friday will arrive the following day.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted online for purchases directly from our website. If you wish to return an item bought in our Sheen store, please contact us to arrange. To make a return please fill in the Returns Form. All returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned products in-line with our terms and conditions.
