Can I exchange an item?

  • We don't offer an exchange service, simply return the product and we will refund and then re-order the alternative item.

How do I return an item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you would like to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of shipment.

  • Items must be in their original unused condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must have all original packaging with labels attached.
  • Drinking bottles and socks are not returnable.
  • Free gifts are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • Standard orders qualify for FREE return in the UK
  • International orders returns are paid by the customer https://web.global-e.com/order/track
  • Specially organised deliverys will incur a return charge.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email to confirm that your item has been recieved.
  • We will notify you to confirm the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original payment method within 10 working days.
